New Padel, Racquet Facility Coming to Boca

Boca Raton Business News

A brand new padel and racquet facility is in the works for 1081 Holland Drive, off Clint Moore Road near Congress Avenue which will convert 28,356 square feet of industrial space into 8 courts and amenities, according to The Palm Beach Post.

The Boca Raton City Council unanimously voted approval for the site plan back in December and the plans for the new facility include locker rooms, a lounge area, a storage area and three private offices as well.

“Given that the padel facility functions more like a court facility as far as parking demand, there is adequate parking for the existing and proposed uses on the Property,” the application submitted  by Boca Raton Racquet Club, LLC, and SMGQ Law stated.

“People are excited about it,” Council Member Marc Wigder said.
