A popular Connecticut-based bagel shop that has gone viral for it’s long-lines, incredible tastes, and unforgettable impact on New York City has announced plans to open up shop in Delray Beach this coming summer.
PopUp Bagels is set to make it’s arrival in Florida for the very first time when it opens it’s doors in Delray Beach in 2025, hoping to surpass the success that H&H Bagels opened their doors in Boca Raton last October.
“We’ve always wanted to come to Florida. We love our friends at the Colony Hotel and that’s been great for us, but we really just needed our infrastructure to be bulkier and in place so that we could successfully operate multiple stores in Florida,” PopUp Bagels founder Adam Goldberg said, according to Miami New Times.
PopUp Bagels currently has four locations in New York, four in Connecticut, and one location in Boston.
PopUp Bagels started in Goldberg’s Westport backyard in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and quickly became a smash hit with high demands in astounding success. It initially landed an $8 million investment round and celebrity investors including actor Paul Rudd, Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, former New York Giants legend Michael Strahan, and former NFL defensive end JJ Watt.
